DXCC Card Checking

Minimize

All current entities dating back to November 15, 1945, can be checked. Cards for deleted entities and cards indicating 160 meters must be sent to the ARRL DXCC Desk in a separate submission apart from any mailing by the field card checker.

ARRL certified field card checkers need the following:

1. QSL cards to be checked in the order specified below. *)

2. Completed DXCC Application form, available from the ARRL web site. See links below **)

3. Completed Record Sheet/s of contacts the applicant is claiming. See links below for downloads **)

4. Envelope with sufficient postage addressed to the ARRL DXCC Desk. See note below ***)

5. Check made out to the ARRL for the appropriate fees unless a Credit Card is used, which is the preferred mode of payment. See note re fees below ****)

*) The DXCC Desk asks that cards/records be sorted by band, then by mode, then multi-QSO cards at the end of the stack. So, first gather 80 Meter CW cards, then 80 Meter SSB cards, then 40 M CW cards, and so on, until 10 Meter SSB cards. After that, list any cards that have multiple QSOs on them.
